TITUSVILLE, Fla. (November 22, 2013) — Teeing up as the title sponsor for the 23rd Annual Titusville YMCA Golf Classic, Barn Light Electric played a key role in helping raise $30,000 to strengthen the North Brevard community. Funds raised during this golf tournament support YMCA activities like swim lessons, youth sports, camps, and wellness initiatives for underserved children, seniors, and families in North Brevard County.
“It was an honor to help a wonderful organization like our local YMCA, plus it was a great day to hit the links,” said Bryan Scott, owner of Barn Light Electric.
Barn Light Electric is a success story in Brevard County growing from a home-based business and a small retail space in historic downtown Titusville, to two manufacturing buildings and a retail showroom just across the Indian River from the Kennedy Space Center.
“We are proud to do our part to help the Brevard County economy move forward after the dismantling of the shuttle program,” Scott notes, “and supporting organizations like the YMCA benefits so many people and helps keep the community strong.”
