All dinnerware undergoes a quality control evaluation to ensure it meets our high standards. Some minor variations may occur due to our hands-on craftsmanship and manufacturing. These variations do not affect the functionality of the piece.
Caring for Copper: Copper is a living material which will develop a patina with time and use. The metals initial glistening finish can be maintained with regular application of a food-safe copper cleaner. All copper dinnerware, cups, and bowls are hand-wash only.
Caution: Every item in this collection is made from metal and thus not suitable for a microwave. Our cups may become very hot when used with high-temperature liquids. Please let the cup cool before handling or drinking.

Lead Times & Returns
Lead Time: Standard lead time is 7-14 business days. For products in our Quick Ship Collection, standard lead time is 5-7 business days. Products utilizing natural metals including brass and copper may take up to 20-30 business days to manufacture.

Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion especially in salt air environments. If your fixture is installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it frequently.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.
