Dinnerware Finish & Safety Info
Custom: All dinnerware is made according to our customers' specifications so no two pieces are alike.
Caring for Porcelain: The porcelain finish on our dinnerware, while dishwasher safe, is best preserved with gentle soaps and detergents. We recommend hand washing or avoiding overcrowding in the dishwasher to best maintain the porcelain finish.
Bakeware: Our baking pans are oven-safe up to 450° F/232°C.
Do not microwave: Every item in our dinnerware collection is made from solid metal and thus not suitable for a microwave.
Utensils: We recommend using silicone or wooden utensils to prevent wear or scratching of the finish.
Caution: Our bakeware will be hot when it comes out of the oven.

Lead Times & Returns
Lead Time: Standard lead time is 7-14 business days. For products in our Quick Ship Collection, standard lead time is 5-7 business days. Products utilizing natural metals including brass and copper may take up to 20-30 business days to manufacture.

Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion especially in salt air environments. If your fixture is installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it frequently.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.
