Copper & Brass
For oil-rubbed copper, weathered copper and brass finishes, slight variations may occur from shade to shade.
Copper and brass fixtures have a longer lead time and may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. There are no returns accepted on these metals.
Copper is a "living" metal that, without regular cleaning, will undergo a natural weathering process. Much like the formation of rust on iron, a patina develops on copper which actually protects the metal. If you prefer the new-penny look of copper, you can keep it shiny with regular care with a gentle cleaning agent such as Bar Keeper's Friend.

Lead Time: Standard lead time is 7-14 business days. For products in our Quick Ship Collection, standard lead time is 5-7 business days. Products utilizing natural metals including brass and copper may take up to 20-30 business days to manufacture.

Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion especially in salt air environments. If your fixture is installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it frequently.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.

I got the lights I ordered when they said I would. Lights look great, only problem I had was screwing the heads onto the pipe, did not seem to want to go on straight. Finally got them to go on and everything went good after that.
Our experience with your company has been a very pleasant one. We found you easily on the internet. Decided which lights we liked and did some measuring from your spec sheet to figure out which arm would work for our application. Then I phoned Derek who walked me through the entire order and helped me figure out that we could have a custom color painted on our lights. He said the order would come right. And it did!!! That was soooo exciting! Not having to deal with disappointments and returns. We have finally installed them and they are awesome. Thanks so much barn light. You've made our project extra special!
