Copper & Brass
For oil-rubbed copper, weathered copper and brass finishes, slight variations may occur from shade to shade.
Copper and brass fixtures have a longer lead time and may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. There are no returns accepted on these metals.
Copper is a "living" metal that, without regular cleaning, will undergo a natural weathering process. Much like the formation of rust on iron, a patina develops on copper which actually protects the metal. If you prefer the new-penny look of copper, you can keep it shiny with regular care with a gentle cleaning agent such as Bar Keepers Friend.

Lead Time: Standard lead time is 7-14 business days. For products in our Quick Ship Collection, standard lead time is 5-7 business days. Products utilizing natural metals including brass and copper may take up to 20-30 business days to manufacture.

Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion especially in salt air environments. If your fixture is installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it frequently.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.

Love the selection and our pendant lights look great. I am impressed at the way you can customize your light fixture. We actually used the pendants to create a cool industrial fixture.
Love my pendant lights they look like they have always been hanging over the kitchen peninsula, which is a good thing! Love buying American made products. We did experience two hitches. One light was damaged in shipping and a very small and important part to install one of the lights was missing. I was disappointed but I will say that your customer service is excellent and took care of both problems timely and to our satisfaction,

I am very pleased with my new light. I have been looking for a fixture for my entry for a long time. The ceiling is sloped so a lot lights just wouldn't work but the Benjamin Industrial Pendant works beautifully. It was very easy to order online and worth the wait. A great product made in the USA.

We bought these barnlights for over our island in our farmhouse kitchen. The quality is very good for the price considering other companies out there that charge much more for a similar product. It's great that the fixture can be customized as well. We spent the extra $20 each for the cloth cords, but I'm not sure if this was worth it since it's barely noticeable that it's cloth. I wish it had the braided look that the Ivanhoe Sinclair fixture has. The cloth cord is smooth and no one can tell it's cloth unless you touch it (looks like any standard black extension cord). Otherwise very nice product.
