Barn Style Pendants Used In Extreme Makeover Home

During a recent episode of ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition, a pair of vintage barn lights were displayed in the bedroom of the Urban family’s renovated log cabin.

The homeowners, Trisha and Andy Urban, were in the midst of planning their renovations for the cabin when Andy tragically passed away from a heart attack. To complete the Urban’s vision, Ty Pennington and the rest of the Extreme Makeover design team rebuilt the Urban’s crumbling, 300-year-old log cabin and farm. Each of the upgrades made to the Urban household were made to reflect the rustic and industrial appearance of the original barn. Distressed wood doors were painted in cottage colors and vintage inspired furniture was placed in various rooms throughout the house. Outside of the home, goats and other farm animals on the Urban’s property were provided with a new stall, aptly named the “Goatel.”
